At Suzhou Jenigue, we strive for 100% satisfaction. However, because our GEO Audit reports are digital goods delivered via email, please note our policy regarding refunds and cancellations:
Non-Refundable: Once the audit report has been generated and sent to your email, the sale is final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or if you no longer require the analysis.
Delivery Failure: If you do not receive your report within 24 hours of purchase due to a technical error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Incorrect Data: We generate reports based on the URL you provide. If you provide an incorrect URL and the report is successfully generated, we cannot offer a refund. Please double-check your input before scanning.
Abuse Policy: We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that we believe are fraudulent or involve an abuse of our service.
